Easy Pose (Sukhasana)


Type: Sitting

Level: Beginner

Steps:

Sit up straight with your legs crossed. Keep your back strong and your chin parallel to the floor.

Props & Assistance:

Wedge the ends of a block between the wall and your lower shoulder blades

Variations:

•Hands in prayer

•Hands to knees

•Hands in any other mudra position.

Preparatory poses:
