Sarah is an experienced qualified (E-RYT 500) and award winning yoga teacher based in London.
She is trained in Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Power and Hatha styles of yoga.
Sarah completed yoga teacher trainings in India. In addition to studying Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga styles she also spent time studying anatomy, adjustment and alignment, teaching methodology, physiology, philosophy, history of yoga and practiced yoga techniques of Pranayama, Meditation and Shatkriya.

Sarah is a great instructor, and has a very positive attitude. The class had a combination of exercise and relaxation which for me was exactly what I needed. She made sure that everyone felt comfortable in the class, acknowledging that everyone is different. I can't wait to go to another one of Sarah's classes!

Having not done a lot of Yoga before I found Sarah's class very useful and a good way to get into Yoga, I think the fact I am already booked into the following weeks class is testament enough that I think she is a fantastic teacher. Highly recommend.
